Perfect Corn On the Cob

Ok so I tried this the other night, good corn. Went and bought the same corn at the same grocery store and cooked it without the lemon and sugar. Not as good. This recipe makes the corn so sweet and tender. I did learn never to add salt to your corns boiling water, it toughens the corn. Little corn on the cob FYI...

4 - 5 quarts of water
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 lemon wedge
6 ears corn, husked and rinsed

Add sugar to water. Squeeze juice from lemon wedge into water and drop in wedge. Bring wtaer to a boil and add corn. Boil 8 - 10 minutes, depending on kernel size.
