One of the rip families favorite appetizer is Lizzy's rolls which the boys have named, pickled plane.
Deli Ham in a package, kind of thicker. I like the Kirkland brand ham in the freezer
Whipped cream cheese
Dill pickles
White or Green asparagus in a bottle
Slice the ham in half. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the ham and place a pickle or an asparagus on the cream cheese. Roll up, stick a tooth pick in it and there you have a wonderful little appetizer. You can alternate and use the asparagus or just pickles. My boys like the pickles.
When the boys were little I even made this for lunch as I figured it was a carb less sandwich.
